If you are a private persons, the publication of your real estate ad on Euro real estate world will cost you a one-time fee of €49.00 plus VAT for a period of 1 year.
If you are a company and would like to enter several objects, then there are 2 favorable tariffs available to you: up to 5 objects and up to 10 objects.

- How can I publish my properties on Spain Property World?
You can choose the Commercial Package rate and either manually enter properties or export them to Euro Immo Welt using real estate software.
- I would like to export real estate to Spain Property World
You can export properties from your real estate software to us via OpenImmo.
To do this, book a plan and use the provider ID in your provider profile to set up your export. - What is the provider profile?
The provider profile is located in the provider area, where e.g. objects can also be maintained manually.
In the vendor profile you can manage your data and here you get your vendor ID.
You need this in your real estate software to export properties to us.
- Which access data do I need to export objects to Spain Property World?
You will need the following FTP credentials and the provider ID from your profile:

Password: immo-spanien321! - What happens if I export more objects than my tariff allows?
All objects are always imported. If the number exceeds the tariff limit, the ones that exceed the tariff limit are deactivated. Then you can perform a tariff change and activate all of them.
- How do I get inquiries from potential prospects?
These will be sent to you by mail. They go to the email address of the contact person of the property. If you use real estate software, you can send the mail to it and it will automatically generate leads, customerdata, auto creation of search criteria, etc.
- What is the yellow pages?
You can increase your reach and SEO relevance by publishing an entry of your activity with us. For this you do not have to be a broker and have objects with us.
